Philosophy of Performance Vacuum:
We at Performance Vacuum have a different philosophy that has led to us being regarded in reviews as the top vacuum store in the Denver metro area.
When we opened up in 2022 we wanted to do things right and differently than vacuum cleaner shops of the past. Here are some of those key ideas.
No-haggle price:
So many vacuum cleaner shops tend to have the outdated idea of being a used car negotiation. We keep our prices at the minimum selling price allowed by the manufacturers.
That way you get the best price without having to jump through hoops. Very different from our competition. Furthermore we’re willing to price match — we’d rather have your business here in Colorado.
Upfront estimates on repair:
Another practice we have is giving you an immediate estimate whenever possible on your vacuum cleaner repair. Your time is valuable and we don’t wish to waste it. When you bring a vacuum cleaner to us for repair we try to give you the best possible estimate up front. There are some electrical issues where you might have to leave it but we will at least give you a labor estimate on those.
Timely vacuum repairs:
We try to get most vacuum cleaner repairs done within a week. Sometimes we do have to order parts and are at the mercy of the manufacturer. In this case we’ll let you know the manufacturer’s estimate and often give you a tracking number when it becomes available. Transparency: We try to be as upfront and direct with our customers as possible. Again your time is valuable.
Experience:
Though we only opened up for ourselves in 2022, Alex has been at this since 2005. He has a world of knowledge to share, along with some natural talents. Performance: We went with the name Performance Vacuum because we want to emphasize the performance. We have hand-picked all of the products in our store and tailor the products to your needs. Whether you have dogs, cats or other animals, severe allergies, or just carpet that makes the vacuum cleaner hard to push , we’ve got a vacuum cleaner for you.
Central Vacuums:
We specialize in central vacuum cleaners and we truly believe that customers shouldn’t have to carry around a vacuum cleaner motor and dust collection apparatus. We do new construction as well as retrofits on existing construction. We give free estimates. Performance Vacuum is willing to travel just about anywhere in the state of Colorado.
